Emma Rose Kenney was born on the 14th of September, 1999. She has portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless from 2011 to 2021, as well as Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth season of the family sitcom Roseanne and its spin-off continuation The Conners.

 Kenney was born in New York City on September 14th, 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer who was previously a writer for the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports.
